Molly (adopted)
Molly is an adorable tri female. The vets have estimated her age at 5- 8 years old. She’s an easy-going gal that just wants to hang out next to (or on the lap) of her person. She loves to ride in the car and is very good on long trips. She’s a bit slow to warm up with new people but responds well to love and attention. She really represents the best of adopting an adult dog!
Molly was afraid to walk on a leash when she came into rescue but quickly began to trust her foster Mom and has since learned how to walk on a leash. She is still nervous, especially in large crowds, but continues to become more comfortable with each walk. She has even been to the park for long walks several times. She loves having a fenced in yard (which would be preferable for her) but with an experienced adoptive family, not required. Her foster Mom can’t say enough good things about her. She is one of the sweetest Cavaliers and just wants to be loved and cuddle. If you are looking for a shadow, she’s your girl! She is able to run up stairs, and take long walks but is mellow and settles easily at home. She gets along very well with other dogs and cats in her foster home and is undemanding so she can easily live with other pets or as an only dog as she bonds with her person.
Since arriving in foster care, she’s been spayed and had a dental where her remaining teeth had to be removed. She’s recovered now and ready to meet new families.
We are looking for a very special home for this sweet gal who will provide all the love and attention possible for her in the second half of her life. If you are a reasonable drive from the Southern NH / Eastern MA area and are willing to open your heart and home to this sweet gal, please complete the application for her.
